We don't require a deposit for bookings. We do require a card to be kept on file with Fresha to protect us against no-shows. No-shows are billed at 100% of the booking value.

Appointment Policies

Cancellations
You are free to reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before your booking.
Late Cancellations
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your booking will incur a 50% charge, with exceptions made for emergencies.
No-Shows
No-shows are billed at 100% of the booking value. A card on file is required to hold all appointments.
Lateness
A 10-minute grace period is granted. After ten minutes, you may be asked to reschedule so that no other clients are affected.
